At present, the annual production capacity of safety needle is nearly 500 million, safety cap syringes is about 300 million, safety retractable syringe is 300 million, disposable syringe 500 million, medical surgical mask 200 million, medical protective mask 100 million. High performance molding machine, full-automatic assembly and packaging machine, electronic detection machine give us the assurance of production capacity and product quality.
MEDLINE has a strong technical force, with a research and development center of 20 engineers and over 50 patents. Most of the patents are safety products, including international invention patents for safety needles and safety retractable needles covering 48 countries.
The products are manufactured according to the quality management standards of medical equipment production, passing ISO13485-2016 quality system certification. Also the products have been certified by European CE, Brazilian ANVISA, American FDA, Korea KGMP, China CFDA.
